"The queue was horrendous, but the Manager, Gail, was fantastic. She was three members of staff down, but kept coming out to all of us, to see if anyone was doing 'Click and Collect'. She was so good and helpful, and had so much energy! My advice to people is to do the 'Click and Collect' at times like Christmas, as it will speed up your waiting time. Ideal spreading over with bracelets you can add charms to marking special occasions (we even found charms in Rome with mini coloseum to remember holidays) or splashing out on special jewelery you will treasure forever.
