"Great selection of fish, pond, tropical and cold water. Loads of products, in fact everything you could possibly want for your fish. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. I don't go anywhere else."
"We absolutely love Bridgemere, so for the set up of a new pond we were excited to take a trip over, ask some advice and purchase what we needed. After some time trying to find an available member of staff to talk to we gave up, just grab a plant for now and perhaps ask for advice at the tills. No big deal, we could see that they were busy and could come back another day. It amazes me that there was only one till for the size of the store, resulting in a lengthy queue. When it was our turn to be served I found the service to be appalling! No greeting, simply 'just that?' with reference to the plant, then, immediately and rather loudly, entered into a conversation with another customer at the end of the counter, completely ignoring us except to gesture to the card machine. He was so engrossed in that conversation and completely oblivious to the customers that were in front of him, that we had actually finished the transaction and walked to the door before he acknowledged that the transaction was complete. Perhaps our purchase was too insignificant to warrant that staffs attention? All I know is that we will not be returning anytime soon."
