"Because I have a number of health issues I visit here frequently to collect prescriptions. The service is sometimes slow but that's because they are busy and they take the time required to answer customer queries fully. The staff are professional, always polite and well trained."
"Pigeon Square. Don't go here if you aren't prepared to spend time waiting for your prescription. There is zero sense of urgency and a propensity for staff to chat to their mates rather than concentrate. I don't expect instant, but 30 minutes after being asked to wait as "it just needs to be checked" is a bit unreasonable. Seems to be a recent thing as I've never felt the need to comment before."
