"Staff are horrendous, post office is inexplicably closed every time I visit, no apology or explanation, just barked at to come back tomorrow. Staff are generally useless and spend more time chatting amongst themselves than serving you. Honestly save your time and drive to the village, there are better shopped stores with staff who actually want to serve you. Under new name, still just as useless. They have ONE staff member trained for post office, if she is on holiday or sick the post office is closed. There is no way of knowing without turning up and being told to go away by the staff. Why not train all staff on post office duties? The mind boggles."
