"Called into their office and booked in a job for someone to take a look at a commercial display chiller. I was advised the job would be scheduled to fit in with an engineer and they would call before attending. After 10 days still had no contact so left a follow up message via their website 'Contact Us' page and 3 days later still not heard anything. My job became urgent so looking elsewhere for a refrigeration engineer. As they have not attended the job I can't comment on quality of work or customer support and my review is based entirely on responsiveness. Previous reviews all seemed positive and so I had reasonably high expectations."
