I was also very impressed with the transparency of information that was on the Spareroom advert, for example clearly stating 'Bills all included' and then further providing context to this in the description which wasn't over or underloaded with information. This helped to provide clarity towards a lot of the things I required but I do want to say thank you to Chloe who always responded very quickly in regard to any further questions I had to and who helped to advance my interest in the room by corresponding with Holly accordingly. OX Living is a very professional and transparent property management company. Clear and direct communication made moving out to a new city very simple!"
