They took time with her to find the right size for her and she was really impressed with Beth who sized her up. The lady downstairs was really funny and put me at ease as going in these shops still makes me feel awkward even though I'm 53!!!! I didn't get her name though and I am truly sorry for this as she needs a shout as well.
