"Service is outrageously bad, every time you go in for a prescription your waiting thirty minutes for a pharmacist to check it. More often than not you live without correct dose, had to change pharmacy it’s so bad."
"I never use this shop if I can help it. Woefully understaffed and you regularly have to wait 30 minutes or more in the prescription queue. There is another pharmacy just across the car park which is friendly and quick. They should shut this Boots down - there’s much better uses for central town real estate."
