"The store manager is fabulous and has the patience of a saint! I had a credit voucher for almost £70 and it wouldn’t scan on her till. She was on hold to her tech support for almost half an hour, during which her till crashed, forcing her to close the store early. The team weren’t able to resolve the problem with the credit voucher because the till wouldn’t come back online, so she had to manually log all the items I had purchased in order to put the transaction through the next day. And throughout all of this, she remained calm and friendly."

"I enjoy the product range at H&B and have been a loyal customer. However I'm no longer buying from this particular H&B store in Whiteley. The store manager is unpleasant to deal with - consistently grumpy and rude. I minimise interactions with her, preferring to ask other staff for help. The customer service standards here are much lower than in other H&B stores. The vibe in this place feels unpleasant, somewhat toxic. I now order online and have it delivered. It makes for a far more pleasant shopping experience."

"The blonde haired store manager is extremely unprofessional. I went into the store yesterday, the sign says 2 people in at 1 time. The doors are no longer automatically opening & the lady on arrival is opening up a tiny space for you to squeeze into. The first thing she said to me is 'stand back', I was then made to feel like a criminal during my quick shop. At the counter she didn't say ANYTHING, no hello or even told me the cost of the items. She refused to give me a receipt and then went on to rudely speak to another customer who was trying to come in & obviously thought the doors were broken due to the small opening. Holland & Barrett I have loved your products for a number of years but will not be going back based on this experience."
