"Bring back the luxury breadcrumbs for sampling! Won’t let bygones ruffle my feathers, but I wish they could step out of their cage and finally acknowledge us local pigeons as the valid customers we are. 20/10 would (coo)p again though."
"Really enjoyed my shopping experience here today after a very displeasing experience in another chichester co-op. Friendly staff with good energies between them, laid back but great service when required. This will be my co-op of choice in future."
"Popped in this Saturday lunch to get some supplies in for the rugby, loads of empty shelves inclusive of the craft beer fridge for which there was not a single can, if you're going to charge extortionate prices for craft beer at least have it in stock on a Saturday, sandwich shelves also limited stock and a complete mess same goes for the soft drinks. Furthermore, only one member of staff in the whole place.I use deliveroo normally and my order usually gets cancelled due to no stock. How hard is it to restock shelves? Especially alcohol for a Saturday, it's blatant no one's bothered to restock after Friday night. Typical southern co op experience really, never seen one with such empty shelves like I have today. Didn't fancy asking the only member of staff in the place if they had any craft out back cause she was busy enough dealing with customer's."
"Absolutely the rudest staff!! I went in to purchase a lottery scratch card at 21:36 and the lady behind the counter refused to serve me because she had just locked them up considering the store does not close until 22:00 and she had no manners what so ever when challenged about the time! How on earth has this women even got a job with an attitude like that and definitely customer service at its worse!! Absolutely shocking!!! This will be taken up with Camelot customer service telling them they refuse to sell there tickets due to pure laziness! After leaving I drove round to the co-op in parklands and purchased a ticket with no problems at all and great service!!"
"Good selection of food with regular offers and discounts available. Opening hours are very 'human friendly' - it's nice to have somewhere open and available early on a Sunday morning if needed. They have a bakery where they prepare many fresh goods daily, including croissants - a lovely treat for breakfast. Highly recommend the almond croissants. The only slight negative is that it can be hard to park here at busy times due to the small car park, but they were somewhat restricted due to the footprint of the site, which was formerly a public house."
