"Service is appalling, three people walked out while I was there, they weren't prepared to wait. Two people serving, one cutting up food (don't know what it was but nobody was asking for it) and another eating a bacon sandwich in the back. When we had a shop the customers always came first."

"Just been into Couplands in hedon. Older person in front of me paid by cash. He was asked if he had a credit card but didn't. The assistant took cash and gave him lose money in change. Wasn't wearing gloves didn't wash her hands before serving me picked up cakes for myself then proceeded to step bac when I paid by card. As staff they were not trying to adere to the 2 meter recommendation. Thanks."
