"DISGUSTING RUDE SERVICE !! DID NOT SHOW UP I booked a move out clean for today and sent a text message with the address due to poor literacy she didn’t read the text and went to the wrong address. Instead of correcting it and showing up to the correct address ANITA begins shouting on the phone saying “ we’re not DOING THAT” This was my end of tenancy clean and I need to hand back keys today now this has caused a big mess. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!!!"
"Do not recommend. Cleaning was poor quality. We have en electric toilet and unfortunately I didn’t think of checking before she left. I work from home and simply had no time to go around and trusted all was done. Unfortunately in the evening once I got to my bathroom found electric toilet with broken lid. It is not the main bathroom so it was not used until late night. I have no proof so will have to pay for it my self. Cleaning.. first time it was fine. She missed couple areas, but I understand first time, new house etc. next time some areas where not even touched.. flowers where not dusted.. not worth the money unfortunately"
"Slow cleaning so would not use for a regular service, you will end up still having to clean yourself - not worth it. Claim they can do a number of rooms in a given time and the two times I gave them a chance, they did not achieve even half. They claim they are a professional service, yet it takes them a very long time to clean one room. Cleaner was very quick to set an alarm on her phone to know when to finish and yet not quick to keep looking at said phone to ensure she covered what was needed in the time given. Fix up and present yourselves as a professional cleaning service - Anita meet your clientele, survey the job that needs to be done and brief your cleaners appropriately. You and your company would be better for it. Immediately getting defensive is not the way forward."
