"Unfortunately my experience with Mark is very disappointing. He came touting for business within our community. I took his details and a few weeks later decided to call him to undertake a clean on our windows, soffits, cladding etc - I had a family function at our home and wanted the house looking sharp. A price and time was agreed. At the agreed time Mark did not show up so I text him a message which he read. He did not have the courtesy to reply. I sent him a further text later that day but still no reply. I’m saddened because I was trying to give him business which may have lead to more business for him. He let me down!"
