"Went in to get a repair and clean and my son came out with a watch. Bit of an issue getting the strap adjusted as they couldn't do it in store at this time but the assistant made trips to get it done elsewhere so he could wear it. A few hiccups at no fault of the store it was sorted. Amazing staff and couldn't be more helpful. Thank you to both staff members there and we'll be back"
