"Spent all of my time after a long 12 hour shift vomiting because of this place!! Had two bites of a cold bacon double cheese burger and couldn’t stop puking. Coke was flat too, all round a disgusting place - avoid at all costs!!"

"What an awful place! Went there instead of McDonald’s, as last time I visited them, in another town they were rubbish. Took our 2 year old granddaughter! Waited ages for our meals, for our granddaughter to get boiling hot chicken nuggets and for our burgers to appear, cold, dry with no relish, 2 burgers in a dry small bun with some cheese melted! Warm coke out of the self serve machine, no ice! Will never visit Burger King again! Not worth the money. Very poor."

"How disappointed was we, my daughter and I went into one of my favourite places for tea as a treat, much to my disappointment the staff didn't great us, we had to make our presence known. Then when they did finally come to serve us, they where very straight faced asked us our order, no customer service there. we went to pour our drinks none of the drinks where filled the machine was empty, after grabbing the attention of one of the staff they said they would sort it. Couple of minutes later our food was ready, burger cold, chips some hot some cold still no drink......after asking the staff again about the drinks machine the member of staff said wont be long. Afew mins later we went back up to the counter and the member of staff just gave us a bottle of coke no sorry for your wait no nothing. As we was sat then one of the member of staff came to fill the machine .I wouldnt of minded if they where busy but we was at the time the only ones in the restaurant and not many cars going through the drive threw. We had had enough I didn't want to complain as I don't think they would have been interested as some of them looked like they didn't want to be there anyways. We threw away most of the food we bought and we left .......never again will we go there."

"Absolute joke. Took over 25 minutes to get 2 chicken burgers when there was 1 car in front of me. Rolled up to the order machine thing. Didn’t acknowledge me until I shouted hello. Asked for a chicken legend and a cheese melt burger. “we don’t do chicken legends it’s a chicken royale” you know what I meant though… Didn’t have beef so we had to go with chicken burgers, not the end of the world. Asked for 2 chicken burger meals and then she said the total was around 7.50 which does not add up to 2 meals, so I had to mention it and yes she forgot 1 of the meals but she then added it. Took them 10 minutes to serve the person infront of me and they didn’t even receive their meals. Comes to paying and I paid, checked the bag, chips missing. Asked for chips, took them 5 minutes to get a bag of chips. Finally hands over the drinks and they’re warm to the touch… Get home to open the bag and as you can see pictured 2 DIFFERENT BURGERS?!? One with disgusting off bacon and the burger either the lettuce in, the lettuce had brown bits in it. Also I’ve just took a drink of my coke. Not fizzy at all, literally brown water. How frustrating. JESUS CHRIST… DO NOT GO TO THIS BURGER KING."
