"Claire Pearson visited our flat and afterwards quoted nearly £100 per visit (which would be over £360 per month if weekly) for 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms flat. Ridiculous. And based on the reviews I’ve read it’s not worth it. So unless you want to pay ridiculous amounts for regular cleaning, I’d suggest look elsewhere."
"We have had Bright & Beautiful help with the cleaning on our flat for just under a year now. We had a very friendly visit to talk through the requirements from the owner and they were able to make a quote that fit with my requirements. I was impressed with how seriously they took the safety measures around holding a key for the flat. They have been really flexible and professional with changes and adaptations for COVID. Apryl and Becky have been really helpful keep on top of our place so we get a bit more family time at the weekends and I would certainly recommend them. The clean is consistently of a good quality and I don't get the feeling they are rushing through because they often help with extra little jobs which were not on the quote when they have time. They are always friendly when I have seen them while I have been working from home."

The team do an absolutey excellent job, very thorough, friendly and often go the extra mile unprompted (for example, I'd left a bed unmade up with sheets after washing and came home to find they'd put them back on which was lovely). The owner Claire is great too, very responsive and accommodating to special requests. We could not be happier and would not hesitate to recommend."
