"Ian diagnosed the problem with my PC over the phone on a Wednesday morning. I took it straight in to him, he did more checks, copied all the data from my failed hard drive and ordered a new, better one. The new hard drive came in at 7.00pm on Thursday and he stayed open to wait for it. On Friday morning he rebuilt my PC with the new hard drive, copied all my data onto it and on Friday afternoon I had my PC back, fully functional and better than new. How fantastic is that?
