Noka Plumbing

"Fixed one problem, and caused over 10 more that werent there before. Employed Noka to install a shower tray as previous one hadnt been supported, and therefore cracked, along with moving a waste pipe. He quoted 2 day job but clearly rushed it to finish in one day, evident with very poor quality work. He damaged shower cubicle (bent it in 4 places), door no longer closes fully (cm gap), left three leaks from shower (one damaged skirting board...which we had to replace), another leak from the plumbing he did on toilet waste pipe, also damaged our flooring (now has an inch high and 8 inch long bubble in it), cracked tiles which we provided spares for (and even these he drilled into straight after grouting...so yes the grouting cracked) as well as the messiest silicone job i have ever seen. Worst part of it all... He reinstalled tray, but didnt slant it towards the drain, so water wouldnt go down. We called him to tell him about the leaks, the damaged skirting, the drainage problem...he eventually came back after several days of continued leaking. And yes he tilted the tray, and reinstalled new wooden skirting that we bought..BUT he siliconed it top and bottom (which means we cannot paint it to match the other skirting, unless we remove the silicone he applied). He then added more silicone to the already very messy job...so now it is two inches wide..inside and out..with big blobs of silicone, and STILL has gaps that leak. We have sent him pictures of the leaks, and concerns it is damaging our flooring, to no avail. Not even the courtesy of a response. Being 8months pregnant, this is the last thing we need. Doesnt seem Noka cares about his craftsmenship, nor his reputation. Would strongly recommend against hiring this man. Very disappointed, it has actually cost us more, to fix the problems he has left behind. Not to mention that we are literally having to redo the whole job we hired him for."
