"Absolutely shocking. Pre booked a minibus from Ealand to Scunthorpe after a wedding and was given a price of £65! Paid £20 deposit to secure the booking and gave them the three addresses for drop off. On the night they were 35 minutes late and when I rang to see where they were they were beyond rude “its about 2 minutes away on a straight road what more can I tell you!” Then hung up on my wife and was not 2 minutes away. They then declared the taxi was £85 for the 3 drop offs and when we challenged it explaining this wasn’t the price they’d given the man in the office became abusive over the phone and declared it was because we were being “cheap dickheads” and couldn’t afford the full fee. My wife explained we wouldn’t have booked it at £85 and he got more and more abusive and irate. In the end they said they wouldn’t do the final two drop offs leaving 4 people without a lift home at 1:30am! Abusive, rude and I feel they were hoping we were drunk from the wedding so they could charge what they wanted! Will be reporting their practice and bad behaviour to Licensing!"

"Went into the office just a couple of weeks ago as I had a load of shopping which I bought from lidl. I had my 9 year old son with me who of course couldn't really help with carrying overly heavy things. Once the shopping was paid for and packed, I realised the fact that I had gone overboard. I won't be making that mistake again. I went into the office and rang the bell as nobody was around. Waited. Nobody came. Rang the bell again... Still nobody came. The frustrating thing was that I actually could clearly hear them in the background somewhere on the phone. Rather than telling whoever they were talking to to wait for a minute or something they chose to just blank the fact that I was there. Each time I pressed the bell, or made a noise, I could hear the frustration in their voice, or hear them sighing, like it was me in the wrong for being there. I felt like a burden just for wanting/needing a taxi. I sat and and waited in that office for about half an hour presuming that they would would surface soon enough. But no, nobody was to be seen in that time at all. I ended up ringing a different taxi service to come and collect us instead. Highly unprofessional and I wont be using again, no matter what the circumstances."

"Worse experience ever. We ordered a taxi a few days in advance, they were given the addresses for the 2 pickups and went to the wrong address. We had someone ring up from the taxi company saying we had given the wrong address. He eventually turned up half and hour late, he then drove so badly and dangerous that he undercut cars on the motorway that we had to ask him to stop at a service station as one of the passengers were ill and had to be picked up by someone else as he refused to get back in the taxi, the taxi driver made us pay extra for this. He had sat nav but we had to Google map our destination so we could give him directions. When he picked us up he kept falling asleep at the wheel, drifting from one lane to another and also coming to a complete stop several times which u think is disgusting service and a danger to other people. Still his driving was better on the way back then going there so that's saying something. We will never use this company again and will spread the word to everyone about this."
