"Absolutely fantastic service ! I needed a taxi for my parents who had taken a wrong turning on their walk and due to ill health couldn’t make the 3 to 4 miles walk back to their car ! After explaining their predicament to him he took the details and relayed to his wife/partner to confirm she could do it as she was already on a fare. After just a 5 minutes wait at a bus stop they’d been picked up and safely driven back to their car ! It was such a relief to have an understanding person on the end of the phone when I was in such a dilemma ! A big thank you and stay safe!"
"Really really nice taxi driver the lady taxi driver really friendly and chatty quick and reliable taxi firm would use again and recommend very quick coming to my sister house would use this taxi service again they are only a small taxi business despite my last review I didnt know until the lady taxi driver told me that it is only her and her partner that drives taxis it's not a 24 hour taxi service which I didnt know at the time. I would highly recommend this taxi it's not 24 hours taxi but the lady who drives it is super friendly and couldnt be more helpful. I did write a review on here about a year or 2 ago which I shouldnt have done I didnt know then that it wasnt 24 hour taxi in caistor. Please ignore my other review i wrote on here about a year or so ago i was mad and annoyed that i couldnt get a taxi at that time. I now take it back what I said before. I would certainly now use this taxi service they are safe really good reliable taxi and I would use them again if they was needed. Thank you"
