"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! There are so many better ones in the town! This is the 3rd time I've been left stranded because I can only imagine the driver decided it wasn't worth it to collect me! Even though their dumb app says the car is on its way long after their cancellation! When I finally managed to get through their god awful hold 'music' I was told I'd been cancelled and no other drivers would be available to take the job and basically just walk! They dont deserve to be in business and i'll take every opportunity that arises to make sure everyone knows how bad they are! Avoid if you value your time and money! 1star is too many!"

When we called the dispatcher to say he was in the wrong place, we got told ‘just keep a lookout: he’ll be there eventually’. Driver then needed to be navigated off the estate, and drove 7 mph below speed to maximise cost."
