"My insurance gave me Pennings and I have been incredibly happy with their service. They said it'll take roughly a week and was done in 3 days! they even hoovered and washed my car which was great. My car looks good as new, I'm very impressed."
"Insurance chose to use Pennings, our car was in the garage for 12 weeks, this was due to a back ordered part but when the part did come, they then realised they needed more parts for the car. The bumper was replaced but the spray job was not up to standard, the side has a scuff and scratched and the other side has paint drips. Pennings also returned/ delivered my car with oil/grease marks on the inside drivers door handle, they stated this was not them, but regardless decided to leave oil/grease for 12 weeks, we took the car back and they have now worn the leather away and ruined it. We are now having to go to another garage to get the bumper re-sprayed and the leather re-upholstered. Would not use this garage."
"I received a update every week. Work looks to be satisfactory. BUT STEALING A MOBILE PHONE HOLDER IS NOT ON. All they say is sorry. How about you buy me a new one. They said maybe it got knocked off in the clean. I told them if that were the case the air vent would have been damage. You can see somebody took the time to carfully remove it. Oh and the dust all over the inside of the car. And all the tires were flat. How do you hand a car over with all the tires flat.. comon guys surely you can do better that that."
