"I paid for a half soverign to be put in a mount for a neck chain whne it came back it would not fit onto the chain as the loop they used was too smal, I took it back and no appoligy, and was told it was not their fault as I did not ask them to check that it would fit my clasp and I had to pay for a new loop. Very poor service and not great value for money now plus 3 trips to the shop so I will not be using them again thats for sure"
"Insufficient information when making purchases. Totally unreasonable and unnecessary charge of £12.99 if you want to exchange earings . Staff not trained to explain this to customers when making purchase. And they do not refund . Totally disgusted . Thank you F. Hinds Havant"

"Staff are friendly but please don't get your ears pierced here (or places that use a gun). I had a bad experience and then wasn't offered any advice (because they aren't trained further than using the gun). Best to just go to a proper piercing studio and then come to the jewellers to buy jewellery."
"I love F Hinds. The sparkle always makes me stop and look and I always find something I really like. The staff are always so friendly and willing to help with good advice. I recently treated myself to a beautiful diamond ring that was in the sale. I have big hands so they had to order me one in and it came so quickly I was really impressed. A gentleman called me on my mobile to let me know my ring was in the shop and I went down straight away to collect it. The assistant greeted me instantly and got my ring which I absolutely adore. F Hinds always give a personal service with quality goods guaranteed every time and at fantastic prices. I'm sure I'll be back there again soon :) Highly recommend."
