"I approached Castle View Accounting, after being referred by a very satisfied colleague, when I was approaching my first year as a small business and was looking for some much needed guidance in the world of accounting and book-keeping in preparation for my first Self -Assessment return. I hadn't been keeping the best records of my transactions, as was very unfamiliar to the processes. I had tried a few self help books, and a few accounting tutorials etc but time constraints and the demands of family life during lockdowns and such meant that I didn't have the time and space to really get to grips with the processes. I was getting so confused with it all and was feeling rather overwhelmed by the perceived insurmountable task ahead. Castle View were always responsive to my questions, at the end of the phone or an email and I am so very grateful for all they have done to to help me. The self assessment process was simplified and done easily and ahead of time. I now have the tools I need to look after my accounts going forward to ensure that I can submit more easily in the future.
