"Was in this store today, Was ignored by staff who saw me waiting at payment desk so I went to another till I n the womans department.i asked the assistant if I could order some pyjamas for my granddaughter. She asked if I had a number for the pyjamas and I said I didn't. I had seen the pyjamas on line but didn't take a note of the number. SHE said I can't help you and so I left the store very dismayed by the very poor service. There were no other customers in the area at the time. I just feel the assistant could have been more helpful and a smile would have been appreciated especially at this time."
