"Our dog came back timid, still damp and the perfume they put on her was giving me a headache as they doused her in it and was too overpowering. Can’t imagine how she must have found it. They weren’t doing a cut but, I did ask them to trim her ‘trousers’ but they didn’t and cut the end of her tail off square which looks a little odd. They also didn’t cut one of her nails which I specifically came in for. Staff seemed a little unprofessional too unfortunately. Never had an issue with them before with my last dog but I can’t say that I’d ever return now. Especially with the price."

"I hate to give negative reviews but sadly A cut above the rest does not live up to its name... I arrived at 4pm today having rang this morning to see if I could get my dogs nails cut. I was told to just pop along anytime so you would think an hour before the advertised closing time would be ok... Wrong. They were closed. Needless to say I won't be returning."
"Took my 11 year old white staff in for a wash and dry they done a brilliant job he came out almost shiny white and he loved every minute of it! They made him very comfortable and at ease the whole time which made me feel the same way! Worth every penny! We will be back!"
