"Having a problem with my septic tank filling to the brim, I telephoned William on a Saturday afternoon ( bank holiday weekend ), hoping that I might get him booked maybe for the Monday morning. He came out to me that very afternoon, emptied the full tank and subsequently diagnosed a problem with the discharge pump. He then proceeded to carry out an electrical repair on it and set up everything in the system as it should be. The tank is now operating perfectly which is a great relief. From start to finish, I couldn't praise enough his knowledge and expertise and above all genuine attitude to his work. What struck me most, was his enthusiasm and willingness to get my system back up and running again, whatever that required him to do. in this day and age, finding someone to carry out this high level of service is few and far between.
