"I've been using Vive Le Velo exclusively for the past six or seven years and wouldn't think about visiting any other bike shop. Ed, Jon, Chris & Doug are always welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. In that time I have bought four new bikes, and always via Vive Le Velo. Ribble weren't willing to supply my gravel bike to the specification I required, so I had it shipped direct to Vive Le Velo who transformed it into exactly what I wanted. Ditto my Giant Toughroad bike which they transformed for touring. No job is too big or small. If I'm in a hurry for a repair or service, they always do their best to book my bike in quickly. By the way, I have no connection to Vive Le Velo other than as a very satisfied customer."
