"Absolutely fantastic service! The staff took care and time to make sure I had the right set up for the ratties I was purchasing and they were going to a good home. The "quality" of the animals was also much better than the other big high street pet shop brand, you could tell the rats have been handled properly prior to being offered to the public and were in perfect health. I couldn't be happier with the 2 additions to our family and the friendly and knowledgeable staff from the Waterlooville store. Thank you very much!"
