"Terrible place, terrible people. Banned for swearing while trying to collect Tourette's meds. A mistake is only a mistake once admitted, 3 members of staff had the chance to undue the harm done and all 3 chose to say using the C word as a normal word not aimed at a person just a slip in a sentence was violence... 3 staff members surround me who has PTSD/anxiety etc from Afghanistan but its my fault because I used a naughty word. Cohens have still refused to accept any responsibility and the NHS has had to do their jobs. NHS buildings should not be partially owned by private businesses it makes them think they are NHS."
