"I was given an appointment with Mike after a whiplash injury. In his attempts to find out if I was lying or not, he almost yanked my head off, which has now left me with a permanent injury, causing much discomfort even 4 years later. Mike's first words to me where, "if you hurt me I will hurt you", not sure what that meant? Due to the circumstances, I have been told I cannot claim any compensation from Mike's actions."
