"2nd time visiting this zoo, this time for an animal experience. Carol was amazing when doing the animal experiences with us. Very knowledgeable and made the whole day great. Even after the experiences, she took the time to show us other animals and give us lots of information. Will definitely be visiting again for another experience day in the future. The whole zoo isn't huge, but it's still worth a visit. Enclosures are very roomy and well kept. Animals are all happy so show plenty of character."
"A great place to visit and amazing informative staff, you could feed the pigs and emus and the food was only a pound a bag. You could also stroke the pigs and the staff also had a friendly ferret you could also stroke. Lots of fun for kids it also had a free car park and cafe and a little gift shop. Definitely worth calling in if you're in the area xx"
"This has been the best little zoo I've been too! Feels like such a personal experience, the staff really engage with you and spend the time to tell you about the animals and answer any questions you have. They're very knowledgeable and approachable. They also had a few animals out that we could interact with when we went, we got to stroke the skunk, the ferret & hold an owl as well as interacting with the emu & wallaby when walking round (not the monkey in the pics though, that's the keepers hand I don't want to encourage anyone to interact with any animals without asking or being told to do so) . The animals all clearly love their lives there and they're so obviously looked after brilliantly, it's an absolute pleasure to see and we will definitely be back again soon!"
"Lovely little wildlife park tucked away. Staff were really friendly and informative, clearly care a lot about the animals and have a close bond with them. Can interact with a lot of the animals and they offer some reasonably priced animal experiences which seem well worth doing"
