"Had a lovely meal with the family (6yo and 9yo) My 9yo ordered plaice and they returned to say the chef could fillet the fish for him, this was not requested and really appreciated, the sauce was also put on the side just in case, but he loved the sauce. My 6yo had a soup starter and really liked it. They have clearly worked very hard to be open during COVID and remain safe. Really tasty food, very good service and four happy diners."
"Lovely staff. Very friendly. Presentation is nice too. Food looks great, unfortunately, we did not feel the taste matched the quality of the presentation. We couldn't quite put our finger on what was missing from the dishes. But it certainly lacking something. Will try again another day to see if things improve."
