"Was 5 minutes late picking up a parcel that is on the self in plain sight. Rude staff wouldn't help. Avoid this spar like the plague."
"Came in for a loaf and some teabags. Afro-carribbean lady served me and was very unwelcoming. When she finished scanning my things she never told me the final total, instead stood there staring at her screen (I was stood there with my card in my hand). Tried using credit card and she rudely told me "no contactless!" and shoved the card machine in my hand! At this point I didn't know my pin so I had to search to find it, she was trying to rush me at this point so I told her to please wait until I find my pin number. She was trying to encourage me to use cash (during a global pandemic you'd think it would be contactless payments only). I told her it was a credit card and cannot withdraw cash from a credit card. The whole time she was just proper rude to me, huffing and puffing and when she gave me the receipt she just slammed it down. Have been coming here a good while but I think I'd rather walk up the hill and go to the Premier shop. Rude rude woman!"
"Unfortunately, this is the worst store in the local area. Extremely expensive for quality which rivals Farmfoods. Furthermore staff are unnecessarily rude and the vast majority look as if they want to be anywhere but spa."
