"If you like a big feed, this is the place for you. Huge portion sizes. The farmers around Newry expect that when they go out. By choosing the restaurant rather than the carvery, I thought we'd get more of a fine dining experience for the family reunion - especially for the prices. Not so unfortunately. I asked for my lamb rack cooked medium. It came well done. My mother looked forward to banana and pineapple with the chicken Maryland. All she got was the chicken. Some sort of kitchen language miscommunication apparently. Staff worked hard and were friendly though, so it's worth a visit - if you like a big feed."
