"A tricky review.... service by staff was very good - they were friendly and efficient - however the overall experience was disappointing due to VERY slow service. I understand its Christmas, but the kitchen should be prepared for the number of tables they have booked. A long delay (25 minutes) for starters to arrive, then almost a 45 minute wait between starter and main course. When it arrived, the food was very nice - and as above, staff were great (but no offer of a drink to ease the delay, which would have been nice!)."
