"Impressed- once we got the hang of it! We have always travelled from Southampton so procedures a little different but staff extremely supportive & helpful"
"Brittany Ferries at Portsmouth are fantastic I have been using this port to travel to our house for more than 16 years and have always been very satisfied with this service, on this trip I had a problem with my booking (My Fault) the two young ladies on Brittany Ferries desk Amber & May, on Monday 28/11/22 at 8.30am were outstanding and professional in the help given to me I could not thank them enough. I would fully recommend this route and Brittany Ferries for your travel to France. Please thank Amber & May for me."
"The ferry terminal building is nice, large and clean with plenty of toilets on ground and first floors. It would be so nice if so etching other than microwaved snacks and cakes were available to eat. How about a Brittany Ferries restaurant/self service facility there?"
"Convenient and mostly friendly. Trip was on time going both ways. Had to go via the international port due to the road race. Would be better if they had a better food offering. Best pet of the ferry is always getting off it on the Isle Of Wight. This picture on our return"
"As always, these ferries are a pleasant experience, although quite expensive. Portion sizes for food are quite small for the price paid but that's expected for a captive market. Disappointed that tea and coffee facilities are not available in all cabins especially as the Bretagne is the only ferry that I have not had this available. Staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable and are always on hand to assist."
