"THIS IS IN ADDITION TO MY REVIEW POSTED 3 YEARS AGO STARTING "BOOKED TWO TAXIS" !! YOU WOULD HAVE THOUGHT I LEARNT MY LESSON!! The problem with using this company along with Bridge Cars and Streamline Taxis is they are owned by the same person so they don't care of they give a bad service as they have a virtual monopoly of taxi services in the Gosport area. Late picking me up to catch train, which they knew I had to catch. When I rang dispatcher to complain and to remind him they weren't the only cab company in Gosport he said "you better use one of them then in the future". Driver did his best but gave me a receipt on a piece of paper and not an official one. Gosport Council have a lot to answer for allowing this monopoly of licenced taxi services overseen and issued by them. Booked two taxis which turned up quickly and on time, that and the nice call handler was the only positive thing I can say about this company. I went out into the road to guide the 6 seater driven by a woman as lady would not describe her. I think she was peeved as she struggled to reverse down our road ! She was rude and arrogant telling me that our road was one of 3 in Gosport they don't pick up from and I said that I would not be using them again anyway because of her attitude. I later found out that two of my guests were thrown out of the taxi half way home to Stubbington leaving them to walk home in the rain. Just in case you get the wrong idea my guests were going home from a 60th birthday party and whilst they had, had a few drinks, they are not the type of people to misbehave. No wonder this taxi company has a 2 star rating !"

"Called for a taxi 14/10/20, had a text letting me know the driver was there. Very friendly driver discussed my day en route which was nice, very professional service. My thanks to the driver & company for a positive experience!"
