"Absolutely disgusting attitude from the staff member on the phone who screamed and shouted when I inquired as to why they had left my daughter stranded at 11pm and quoted £100 to take her home. DO NOT USE! Interestingly the company defended the outrageous price despite the fact that she eventually travelled home for less than £60 - and the overcharge was verified by two other companies - but they couldn't deny the vile and unprofessional attitude of the staff member. I also omitted to point out that they blocked my number in the manner of a twelve year old when I called back to question the attitude of a public service organisation. Once again, avoid at all costs."
