"My parents booked an airport transfer with Helen's (from Gatwick to Chichester), but their flight was cancelled 1 hour before take off. They rebooked a flight and so at very short notice required a taxi at 2am couple of days later. Thankfully, Helen's taxi were extremely accommodating to make arrangements to collect them. "We have used Helen’s taxis for years and never had any problems until today. My daughter booked a taxi for 8am today to take her to the airport. The taxi didn’t arrive and when we rang she was told there was no record of her booking. She booked 2 days ago and at the time She was given the exact price by the the lady that took the booking - she did not ask for an email address to confirm the booking. We are furious that we were left in such a difficult and stressful situation. There were no local taxis that could take her at the last minute and we feel very let down. I reiterate that this has never happened before but am bitterly disappointed"
