"Absolutely awful company to deal with. Supposedly a large organisation with every speciality, but obviously not! Confirmed they have a person to deal with my case but then said they are not taking on any more cases! Are you serious?! And amongst all of this, their telephone system cuts out ever 30 seconds in mid conversation! They apologised continuously on every occasion I called back, but this is so incredibly unprofessional. Never again. Cannot recommend this organisation."
