"It was the first time our little doggie went to them. I had already spoken to them over the phone and felt really happy with their service. When we arrived, Alfie was nervous as he had bad experiences in the past with previous groomers, but time was taken to ask questions on how I wanted him cut, and to make Alfie happy in his environment. I handed him over and I was called to collect later. A great handover, on what was done. He looked amazing, and looked so happy. He came out to us and to greet us but was happily turning around to go back in! They both have a fantastic affinity to dogs, have great patience with nervous dogs, and give them the greatest of care. They charge a reasonable rate, and are up front with the costs. I would highly recommend them, as would Alfie!"
