"I was very disappointed with my experience. This was my 2nd visit. My dog needed his paws and ears trimmed but unsure and when I made the appointment two weeks before I was told they would make the appointment a little longer just in case I wanted more off. When I arrived I was told that they didn't have time to do any more than his paws and that I had only booked him in for paws ... they had him for 2 hours and yes they only did his paws even though it was very quiet in the shop. To top it off it cost me almost £30 and then I had to find an emergency appointment else where to rectify what had (or hasn't )been done... i would not recommend posh pups to anyone!"
