"I’m a disabled man with a carer to assist me for 4 hrs a day everything I do has to be planned like a military operation and I’ve been a loyal customer for about a year or so and I had an appointment booked in advance 3 months ago and the night before the appointment my carer gets a phone call at 9pm saying I’ve been “double booked” and Irene can’t groom my dog at the time agreed she offered to do him later that morning but I had to cancel my plans and my carer wasn’t available at that time has it went past her allowed 4 hrs… no other offer was made to make it up-to me and I received no personal apology ….so my appointment was essentially cancelled on very short notice ( 11 hrs ) I can’t get to see another groomer for at least another 3 months so upshot is…my dog will be uncomfortable approaching the hottest weekend ever recorded and it be another 3 months until I can get him done professionally its just incompetence rude and unprofessional it’s left me feeling angry upset and very disappointed"
