"Very happy with the service. I can't comment on the quality as we are still waiting for it to arrive. Suite Ordered in February not delivered until 20th of June. So having to delay the new carpet as we don't want to mark it with the old suite. I didn't expect to have to take up the old carpet and underlay and dispose of it myself at the price they are paying for the fitting."
"Walked in to look at a cheap sofa. Was given Information on a sofa and the cushion filling, we later ordered the sofa online after been fed up with the harassment from the salesman, upon receiving the call from scs we cancelled the order as the salesman had told us incorrect information and would then cost another £150 ontop for what he said came with the sofa we tried. So shopped elsewhere and bought a very similar but better quality sofa for £80 less."
"Plenty to choose from for a range of budgets. Salesman Paul knowledgeable and we chose what we want, delivery some time off as what we chose is made to order. Car Park - free and plenty of parking for disabled. Accessibility - accessible entrance, lift to 1st floor. Delivery - I will update when we get what we ordered. Staff - I noted comments about competion, between staff and we saw this too and mentioned it to the manager. Attitudes changed before we left. I was not going to mention this, but saw comments in other reviews. If this happens, speak to the Manager. Toilet - staff, but ask."
