"Due to our house being over 100 years old, many of the walls are not straight or level and the rooms are not of a more conventional layout - trying to fit ready built furniture would result in a lot of inefficient, wasted space. We needed furniture for two bedrooms and an office/ study and a friend recommended Arigato (formerly Hull Furniture). We visited the showroom and found the showroom personnel to be very pleasant, helpful and informative and they arranged for their Design Consultant to visit our home. We had some idea of what we wanted following the visit to their showroom, but the Design Consultant gave us more ideas and also advice on what would and wouldn’t work, making the design attractive and functional. He took measurements of the space at this time. We then received a virtual video from them of how the furniture would look before going ahead. Communication from Arigato has been very good at all times, keeping us informed about what stage the job was at. On the installation dates, the fitters turned up on time as scheduled. They were very polite, professional and highly skilled in their work. We would highly recommend Arigato for bespoke furniture, they have made our rooms look beautiful. The work done is to a high standard and very stylish and their prices are extremely competitive, especially compared to ready built furniture. We have also purchased some of their ready built furniture and found that to be a much higher quality than we could have purchased from the large High Street stores."
