"Beware of satnavs and online information about access to Seaforth College -"The Drive" is a public footpath only, with a remotely operated gate at the Graffham (west) end which is where you have to go in a vehicle. The Beechwood (east) end has a gate which is usually locked and there is no intercom or parking here. The situation has become such a nuisance that an "Ignore Satnav for Seaford College" has been put at the mouth of Beechwood Lane. The two stars are because of this, which is probably not the school's fault. Also note that East Lavington (also known as Woolavington) church is now a private school chapel, although if you find the door unlocked nobody seems to mind if you have a look. (My experience, anyway.)"
