"I got a taxi from the buttercrane today I waited well over an hour for it and I'm 36 weeks pregnant. I rang the taxi back to see where it was the woman on the phone said that we where next on the list and it won't be long. Then I rang back 30 mins later and the women on the phone said the pick up was complete when it clearly wasn't.i think taxiline has got a new customer."
"I rang a taxi today and it took over an hour to get to me and the PREGNANT girlfriend, we were waiting outside the Buttercrane for over an hour, the woman rang the taxi back and they said we were next in line, waited another like half an hour, nothing turned up, I ring it back and the lady in the Clanrye Office said that someone completed the job when no Clanrye Taxi stopped for us. There was like 5 taxis that drove past us, not one of them were ours. So basically the office lady shouldn't be working there. Taxiline is getting 2 new customers."

"Awful service. I'm really not impresses with how down hill this service has gone. Clanrye used to be the most reliable taxi service in Newry and have been around for donkeys. But on three separate occasions now over the last 6 months I've ordered a taxi, waited for well over an hour only for it never even to show up. On one occasion, the lady on the phone forgot to even put my name down meaning I waited and hour and twenty minutes for a taxi that was never going to come in the first place. I understand the taxi services in Newry are understaffed at the moment, but would it kill them to give you a call and let you know the taxi was still on it's way, especially on a day like today where I was left baking in 29C heat outside Sainsburys for over an hour. I got fed up and eventually called Taxiline who I waited another 40 minutes for, but credit to them - they actually showed up! I can't be the only one this has happened too."
