"Withdrew £5, transaction never went through however was also charged. Member of staff on site got in contact with the owner and I was assured I would have this refunded. 5 days later, the money has come out and there has been no refund."

"Come to this arcade and the penny machines were me messed. Called the guy over and he was very rude and agressive. He didn’t even sort the machine out and moved the toy back what was about to come out after spending £10 over 50p toy. And that was because my niece wanted it. We called him again and he come aggressively and goes I can’t do anything. Disgusting attitude problem. Never go ther and spend money there. Never seen this bad service in arcade places"
