"Don't waste your time. I bought a single will and ended up getting my money refunded. I booked an appointment for the consultant to come and got a text confirming it. She didn't show up then three hours later when I contacted her she said it hadn't been confirmed so we had to reschedule. She came for the meeting and we couldn't log in then it kept crashing and we had to reinput the information. She left without my documents being generated as there were errors. I was told to try it again the following week.mindid and they still didn't generate. I contacted them and someone was supposed to speak to the IT department and get back to me in 48 hours and no one did. I called and logged my problem again and still no resolution. I asked for a refund as the time, effort and frustration just wasn't worth it. They didn't seem all that bothered."
